🐾 Parkgate Paws Refund Policy
1. Refunds for Cancellations
Refunds are based on our standard cancellation policy:

More than 48 hours’ notice full credit applied to your account.

24–48 hours’ notice or 50% credit.

Less than 24 hours’ notice No refund, as the time has been reserved for your pet.
For regular weekly bookings, we will always try to be flexible where possible.
2. Refunds for Services Not Delivered
If Parkgate Paws is unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive:

A full refund, or
-
A full credit toward a future booking
— whichever you prefer.
3. Early Returns (Holidays / House Sitting)
If you return home earlier than planned:

No refunds are issued for unused days

Credits may be offered at our discretion depending on notice given

4. Deposits for block bookings.

Deposits are non‑refundable unless Parkgate Paws cancels

Deposits can be transferred to a new date with 7+ days’ notice
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued as a voucher or account credit to use against any future booking with Parkgate Paws.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand life happens. If something unexpected occurs, please talk to us — we will always try to be fair and reasonable.
