Service Description

A check-in visit is exactly what it sounds like — we come to your home, check that your pets are safe, healthy, and comfortable, top up their food and water, give them some company and reassurance, and send you a full written update before we leave. Whether you're in hospital for a few hours or a few days, these visits keep your pets' routine as close to normal as possible. You choose the length of visit based on your pets' needs — a 20-minute visit works well for cats and smaller animals, while a 40-minute visit gives more time for pets who need extra attention, interaction, or medication. We can arrange multiple visits per day and will always let you know how your pet is doing after every single one. Additional charges apply if key collection is required from hospital.
